Mike Schmidtmann


Mike Schmidtmann has over 30 years experience in the Information Technology field. Mike is a business coach and peer group facilitator, who works with leaders of IT sales organizations to drive results in sales recruiting, new business development, and profitability.

Previously, Mike led Information Technology sales teams. For ten years, Mike was Sales Director for Inacom Communications, a $2B distributor for IBM, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, and AT&T. He then founded and built a $30 Million business unit for the Avaya Business Partner Strategic Products and Services.

Most recently, Mike produced the award-winning Trans4mers webinar series on IT sales and management.  He contributes content for IT channel publications, and is a frequent public speaker on business and sales topics.

He lives on a farm in Northern Virginia with his family and assorted horses, alpacas, goats and dogs.
