Jim Ritchings


Jim Ritchings is a senior advisor for AchieveUnite working with customers on defining their overall partner strategies leading to accelerated partner growth, improved partner experience, and new revenue opportunities.

Prior to AchieveUnite, he recently retired as Vice President, Global Channel Sales at Imperva. In this role, he led the transformation of Imperva to a truly global “channel-first” company while delivering double-digit growth in partner-sourced bookings, partner-sourced new logos, deal registrations, and partner-generated ARR bookings. Before Imperva, he served as SVP, Channel and Partner Sales for Trustwave an industry-leading Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). At Trustwave, Jim was responsible for all elements of Trustwave’s Global Partner strategy delivering 25% revenue growth across the partner ecosystem.

From 2001 to 2016, Jim served as SVP of Business Development and then SVP of Worldwide Channels at F5, the industry-leading multi-cloud application security and delivery company. Along with his teams, Jim created and drove partner programs and strategies that were key contributors to F5’s growth from a $100 million company in 2001 to a $1.5B market leader in 2016.

Jim has over 35 years of partner sales leadership experience and has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognition including being recognized as a CRN Channel Chief on multiple occasions as well as being named one of the industry’s top 50 most influential channel leaders.
