Dawn Lindsey has more than 20 years experience building and evolving partner ecosystems across hardware, software, services and SaaS. Offering expertise in global program development, channel strategies, partner marketing and management, sales and strategic forecasting, and channel operations, Dawn bridges traditional channel know how with new SaaS ecosystems driving indirect recurring revenue through niche, vertical and strategic technology partner engagement.
Dawn was Head of Partnerships and Programs for app developer Webgility, and Head of Partner Marketing and Programs for BigCommerce, the world’s leading cloud ecommerce platform for fast-growing and established brands, where she led all marketing and programs for BigCommerce’s diverse, global partner ecosystem. Having experience in both the technology and business offerings from true “born in the cloud” products and partners, Dawn provides insightful and effective leadership for those organizations making the leap into cloud or building SaaS offerings.

Prior to BigCommerce, Dawn served as Head of Partner Strategy, Community and Engagement for Rackspace, driving programs to increase partner revenue and NPS and Global Partner Strategy and Operations manager for VMware, providing value-add resources and support to a community of more than 55,000 resellers worldwide.
