Certified PQi® Practitioner Policies and Code of Conduct

The AchieveUnite PQi Practitioner Policies and Code of Conduct and the AchieveUnite PQi Certification Agreement are foundational documents guiding our engagement in the market to accelerate people’s success and, in turn, bolster overall organizational achievement.

I am fully committed to upholding the following principles:

Integrity – I embody integrity in every aspect of my professional and personal life, including my words, deeds, financial dealings, and relationships. This commitment extends to honoring the AchieveUnite Certified PQi Practitioner Accreditation Terms and Conditions, ensuring all my engagements with PQi materials benefit individuals, teams, organizations, and partnerships.

Truth – I prioritize honesty and transparency in all interactions, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.

Diversity – I recognize that PQi is about appreciating the diverse ways people build trust, and I commit to fostering this understanding in all my professional endeavors.

Excellence – I strive for excellence in all that I do, ensuring a world-class experience for all participants and cohorts involved in PQi experiences.

Honor – I regard each member of the AchieveUnite team and fellow PQi Certified Practitioners with the utmost respect. I faithfully adhere to the Certified PQi Certification Agreement and use the AchieveUnite PQi Success Acceleration Process to uphold program standards.

Accountability – I take full responsibility for my promises and actions, driving PQi into the market. My focus is on integrating PQi into organizational processes, promoting collaboration, breaking down silos, and fostering trust within teams and partnerships.

Responsibility – As a leader, I am accountable for my successes and failures. I act swiftly to address issues, learn from my mistakes, and implement those lessons in future initiatives, always considering the impact on the teams and individuals I work with.

Respect – I will use AchieveUnite’s tools and insights to help individuals, teams, and organizations enhance their trust-building skills. I aim to connect with others, guiding them toward their goals while considering their well-being and organizational objectives, thereby fostering partnering success.

In evaluating my actions, I will consider the following questions:

  1. Does my action inadvertently deceive anyone?
  2. Does my action give me an advantage that someone else would not otherwise be entitled to?
  3. What are the potential unintended consequences of my actions?

 

POLICIES

Social Media Principles and Guidelines for AchieveUnite and PQi Certification

1. Images

  • Use static images in good taste; avoid links to non-AchieveUnite sites.
  • PQi images must adhere to AchieveUnite brand guidelines.
  • For questions, contact: info@achieveunite.com.

2. General Content

  • Clearly relate to PQi, Partnering Success events, education programs, products, and services.
  • Share relevant questions or ideas to encourage participants

3. Successes and Recommendations

  • Share successes linked to AchieveUnite’s business lines, events, products, and services.
  • Connection to personal growth or significant moments related to PQi is encouraged.

4. Hiring

  • Collaborating with fellow AchieveUnite team members is encouraged.
  • Vet all opportunities and share contact information thoughtfully.
  • Use personal messaging for related discussions.

5. Solicitation

  • Promote businesses where PQi is embedded into broader programs.

6. Inspiration

  • Share personal stories of perseverance and trust-building; avoid unrelated inspirational quotes.

7. AchieveUnite Certified Intellectual Property

  • Use the AchieveUnite Copyright footer on all IPs.
  • Distribute and share IP with care, promoting trust-building and collaborative growth.

8. Grievances

  • Email any questions or concerns to info@achieveunite.com; avoid social media debates.
  • Report inappropriate posts; deleted posts should be notified to the member.
  • Suggestions or questions should be directed to the designated program contact.

Social Media Identification and Groups

  • Include an appropriate profile picture.
  • Use the full name (first and last) registered to your PQi account.
  • Do not create groups or pages with names derived from AchieveUnite, PQi, or Theresa Caragol.

Advertising

  • Referral fees are paid for referrals in line with team guidelines.
  • Referrals should come from known individuals and not be advertised publicly.

Referrals

AchieveUnite pays referrals to accredited PQi Practitioners for the following:

  1. 5% of any AchieveUnite opportunity that closes resulting from any opportunity you bring to AU.
  2. 10% of any PQi Practitioner fees when referred by a current PQi Certified Practitioner, Leader, or student of any public AU program that you bring forward and register. Subject to approval by AU within 24 hours of submission.

Intellectual Property

  • Use AchieveUnite material with proper copyright/trademark credit.
  • Refer to the Rights of Use Document for permitted uses and potential revisions.

Alteration of Graphics/Logos

  • Do not alter AchieveUnite graphics and logos. Ensure these are linked to certified team members only.

Format/Use of Training Materials

  • Facilitate AchieveUnite Certified programs live, face-to-face, or virtually live.
  • Do not share training materials for static use or record training sessions.
  • References in static formats must not exceed 90 seconds and should acknowledge source material. This allows members to use these mediums to build brand awareness and create an expectation of the greater value available from a live engagement

Note:

Any action outside this Code of Conduct/Policies is subject to evaluation by the AchieveUnite Team, which will determine the appropriate course of action, including possible temporary suspension and adjustment of membership rights and privileges.
