Theresa Caragol is founder and principal consultant of TCC – Achieve Unite, LLC, a strategic advisory firm that provides performance partnering and business acceleration services to global enterprises including partner and channel development, go-to-market planning, M&A channel integration, and executive learning forums. She has more than 20 years’ experience in building and managing multi-million dollar indirect channel teams and strategic alliance programs from inception to sales success.
Theresa co-founded the Penton/Informa Channel IT Think Tank designed to influence and support the industry’s digital transformation. She was also one of 15 women selected for the First Leadership Foundry in Washington, DC – an organization dedicated to mentoring and recruiting women for positions on corporate boards.
Theresa has received numerous IT industry channel accolades including: the Informa Top Industry Influencer (2017) and CRN’s Top 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs (2014).
Prior to founding TCC, Theresa held senior executive roles at Extreme Networks, Ciena and Nortel.
Theresa holds a Bachelors Degree from Virginia Tech, an M.B.A from University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and an Executive Masters in Leadership from Georgetown University.
Robert G. (Bob) O’Malley has over 35 years of experience in the information technology industry. O’Malley has lead manufacturers, developers, distributors and integrators as CEO, General Manager and other senior executive positions. He specializes in the development of IT-oriented channels of sales, support and distribution.
O’Malley held numerous executive roles at IBM. He also served as CEO of Immersion, Pinacor and SED, and as President of Intermec Technologies and MicroAge. He also served as Chairman of the Board of CompTIA, the leading IT industry association.
Bob holds a BS degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota, an MBA from the W.P. Cary School at Arizona State University. He was also an instructor pilot and Captain in the US Air Force.
Jessica Baker is a seasoned Channel expert with over 20 years of experience developing and managing partner programs, partner marketing and partner sales strategies for companies from $15M to over $1B.
She has extensive experience in program creation and management, marketing enablement, sales and technical ramp planning, strategic and technical alliances, internal and external communications, and channel sales operations. She is fanatical about partner programs working with cloud based technologies and everything that means to the channel.
She was recognized as one of the 2012 People You Don’t Know But Should by The Channel Company’s CRN magazine, as 2011- 2015 Women of the Channel by CRN magazine and awarded a 5- Star Program distinction in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2015 by CRN magazine.
Kathryn Rose is an award-winning author and speaker on sales and online marketing topics. For 7 years, Kathryn was a successful marketing consultant, creating engaged communities totaling over 3 million fans, followers and connections for her clients.
Kathryn has a twenty plus year career in sales and marketing and was a top Wall Street sales executive responsible for over $100 million in sales per year.
She is the author of 9 books including two best-sellers: Solving the Social Media Puzzle and Return on Relationship.
Ron Berndt is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in instructional Design, development and deployment of award winning Sales and “Short Format” training programs.
Ron served as a collaboration lead at Cisco Systems in Emerging Markets, scaling and transforming sales teams work experience across 140 countries. Over Ron’s 15 year career at Cisco he held a role in Worldwide Sales Enablement as Program Manager, traveling to and supporting all geographic theatres.
Ron has over two decades experience in presales Consulting / Systems Engineer in three F100 Multinational Computer Networking companies. Ron completed his Masters certificate in Program Management at George Washington University in 2010. Ron also participates in local college and governmental IT advisory roles.
